Funds.Pro is not an Indian company. We use third-party payment processors in Europe, and they rely on third-party UPI merchants to process Indian UPI payments.
Because of this complex routing, around 5% of UPI payments fail or get stuck daily.
That’s why:
We highly recommend using the Crypto payment method — it is instant, secure, and never fails.
However, if Crypto is not feasible for you, UPI remains the only available option for Indian customers.
❗If Your UPI Payment has been debited, but you did not receive your challenge account: you have 3 options:
1️⃣ Wait for Resolution (5–7 Days):
Contact our support team and provide all the required details (screenshot, UPI ID, bank statement, etc.).
The payment processor will contact your bank to trace and approve the payment.
⏳ Note: We cannot assign your account until the funds are received.
2️⃣ Pay Again + Request Refund:
If you don’t want to wait, go back to the checkout page, refresh it, and pay again using the new QR code.
Simultaneously, request a refund from your bank for the first transaction. Most banks refund UPI payments within 3–5 days.
3️⃣ Refund Request Steps:
Follow the instructions below to raise an immediate refund request with your bank.
Please follow these steps immediately to request a refund :
Check UPI App Status:
Open your UPI app (PhonePe, GPay, etc.)
Go to Transaction History → Tap the failed transaction → Look for “Pending Refund” or “Auto Reversed”
Raise a Dispute:
Go to the transaction → Tap “Report a Problem” or “Raise Dispute”.
Select the reason as “Wrong UPI ID” or “Incorrect beneficiary”.
Let them refund it for you
Contact Support (if refund not received within 1-2 days) :
PhonePe: support@phonepe.com
Google Pay: Help section in app
Bank: Call or visit your bank with the Transaction Reference Number (UTR/Txn ID)
Escalate to NPCI (if unresolved in 3-4 days):
Visit: https://www.npci.org.in/what-we-do/upi/dispute-redressal-mechanism
Once you receive the refunded amount, you can retry the payment on our website.
