When do I need to complete KYC?

Modified on Sat, 12 Jul at 10:04 AM

When Exactly is KYC Needed?

  • NOT required when you buy or start a challenge account (Phase 1 or Phase 2).

  • MANDATORY after passing all evaluation phases (1-Step or 2-Step) and qualifying for a funded account.

  • The KYC process ensures your identity, country of residence, and eligibility for payouts.

What Documents Are Required for KYC?

To complete your KYC, you’ll need to submit:

  1. Government-issued Photo ID (Passport, Driving License, or National ID)

  2. Selfie Verification (a real-time photo for identity match)

  3. Proof of Address (Bank Statement or Utility Bill, if requested)

All documents must be clear, unedited, and match your registration details.

How Long Does KYC Take?

  • Once submitted, our verification team usually reviews and approves KYC within 5-7 working days.

  • In rare cases, additional documents may be requested for compliance reasons.

❗Important Notes:

  • You cannot receive your funded account or request any payout without completing KYC.

  • If any discrepancies are found in the documents, approval may be delayed or rejected.
