Modified on Sat, 12 Jul at 10:07 AM

Q1: How long does it take to receive my funded account after I pass the challenge?

A: Once you successfully complete your challenge (and verification, if it’s a 2-step account), the process to issue your funded account typically takes 5-7 working days.

Q2: What steps happen after I pass the challenge?

After passing the challenge:

  1. You’ll be required to upload your KYC documents in the KYC zone of your dashboard.

  2. Our team will verify your identity and documents.

  3. We will also audit your trades to ensure all rules were followed properly.

  4. If everything checks out, your funded account credentials will be emailed to you within 2–3 business days.

Q3: Can I speed up the process in any way?

To ensure a smooth and quick transition:

  • Upload your KYC documents immediately after passing.

  • Make sure your trading activity complies with all rules (no violations, no gambling behavior).

  • Ensure all personal info in your account is accurate and up-to-date.

Q4: What if my account is under review or flagged?

If our audit team finds any suspicious activity or rule violations, it may lead to:

  • Additional review time

  • Request for clarifications or explanations

  • Rejection of the funded account in serious cases

Always trade transparently and within our guidelines to avoid delays.

Q5: Where will I receive the funded account details?

You will receive your funded account login credentials via email and it will also be reflected in your Funds.Pro dashboard.
