Step-by-Step Process After You Pass the Challenge:

Once you have successfully completed your challenge phase (whether it’s a 1-step or 2-step challenge), here’s exactly what happens next:

?

1. Upload KYC Documents

After passing the final challenge step:

  • Go to your Dashboard > Upload Documents.

  • Upload your valid Government-issued Photo ID and Proof of Address (such as utility bill or bank statement).

  • Make sure your documents are clearvalid, and match your registered name and country.

?

2. Internal Trade Audit

Before issuing a funded account:

  • Our compliance team performs an automated + manual audit of your trades during the challenge phase.

  • They check if there were any suspicious patterns or violations of our trading rules, including:

    • Use of external passing services

    • Inactivity abuse

    • Martingale or grid strategies or hedging

    • High-frequency bots

    • Or any behavior that does not meet Funds.Pro’s platform standards

⚠️ Please note: Even if profit targets are met, failing to comply with rules can lead to rejection of the funded account.

3. Review & Approval Timeline

  • If your KYC documents and trade history meet all requirements, your funded account will be approved and activated within 5-7 working days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your Funded Account login details and next steps.

?

If There Are Any Issues

If there’s anything wrong (either with your documents or trading activity):

  • You will be notified by email or support ticket.

  • Ineligible accounts may be rejected from progressing further, and no refund is provided in such cases, as per our terms.

?

Final Tip

Make sure to double-check your trading strategy and use a valid email & documents to ensure a smooth transition to a funded account.
