Why Does the Trade Audit Take Time, and Why Can It Be Reviewed Even After Reaching the Funded Phase?

Modified on Tue, 15 Jul at 9:08 AM

Q1: What happens after I pass the challenge?

A: Once you successfully complete the challenge:

  1. You’re prompted to upload your KYC documents.

  2. Our KYC team reviews and verifies your identity.

  3. Once approved, your funded account is assigned — usually within 2 to 7 working days.

Q2: If I already got the funded account, why is my trading history still under review?

A: Getting your funded account is just one part of the process. In parallel, our Trade Ethics Team begins a detailed audit of your entire challenge-phase trading activity.

This includes reviewing:

  • Your overall trading pattern and behavior

  • Compliance with our allowed strategies

  • If you used excessive risk or gambled trades

  • Whether you passed with only a few trades or high-risk spikes

  • Any signs of hedging, arbitrage, or restricted behavior

Q3: How long does the trade audit take?

A: The audit can take several days, depending on:

  • Volume of trades on your account

  • Complexity of your trading behavior

  • Number of accounts in the review queue

Each account is checked manually to maintain fairness and integrity.

Q4: Can my funded account be canceled after it is assigned?

A: Yes. If the Trade Ethics Team finds that your trading activity violated our rules or ethics policy, your funded account can be:

  • Terminated

  • Withdrawals frozen

  • You will be informed directly about the reason

Even if KYC is approved, funded status is always conditional on final ethics clearance.

Q5: Can I make withdrawals while the audit is pending?

A: NoNo payouts or withdrawals are processed until the Trade Ethics Team gives their final approval. This ensures only compliant, rule-following traders receive rewards.

Q6: How can I avoid issues during the audit?

To stay on the safe side:

  • Stick to allowed strategies only: Allowed & Restricted Strategies

  • Avoid high-risk trades and account rolling

  • Trade with consistency and good risk management

  • Don’t rely on passing with 1 or 2 trades

We understand this process takes time, but it’s essential to maintain a fair and transparent trading environment for all traders on Funds.Pro.
