What happens if a trader who was previously rejected or terminated tries to rejoin Funds.Pro?

Modified on Thu, 21 Aug at 11:14 AM

At Funds.Pro, we strictly enforce compliance and trading ethics policies. If a trader has been previously rejected, terminated, or flagged for any breach of rules, their new or duplicate account will also face termination.

Key Points:

  • Traders who have been disqualified, rejected, or terminated in the past are not eligible (for any reasons like this) to register again with a new account.

  • If someone tries to join again with the same name, different name, or any details that appear similar/related in KYC, their account will still be rejected and canceled.

  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued, even if the purchase was made.

  • Even previously funded traders who were terminated or rejected for any reason are not allowed to return and trade again on our platform.

  • Any pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts will also be rejected.

  • The decision of the trade ethics team is final and non-reversible.

✅ This rule ensures fairness for all traders and prevents repeated violations of trading ethics or platform guidelines.
