Step 1: Go to the KYC Zone
Log into your Funds.Pro account.
Click on the “KYC Zone” option in your user dashboard.
You’ll see the KYC Submission Form asking for document uploads.
Step 2: Submit Valid Documents
You will need to upload TWO types of documents:
1.
Government-Issued Photo ID
Accepted Documents:
Passport
National ID card
Driver’s License
✅ Must be:
Clear and fully visible
Not expired
Matching your account name and country
2.
Proof of Address
Accepted Documents:
Utility bill (electricity, water, gas)
Bank statement
Government letter
✅ Must be:
Dated within the last 3 months
Clearly showing your name and address
In PDF, JPG, or PNG format

Step 3: Submit and Wait for Review
After uploading, click “Submit KYC”.
Our compliance team will begin reviewing your documents.
Review process usually takes 5-7 working days.

Step 4: Get Approved or Fix Issues
✅ If Approved:
You’ll receive a confirmation email.
You can now move forward to get your funded account or receive payouts.
❌ If Rejected:
You’ll be notified with a reason.
Common rejection reasons include:
Blurry or cropped documents
Expired ID
Mismatched name or country
Fake or edited documents
⚠️ Repeated submission of fake or tampered documents may lead to permanent account suspension.
Important Tips
Do not use someone else’s documents.
Make sure name, address, and document details match your Funds.Pro account.
Upload files in good lighting with no watermark or edit marks.
Only one KYC per person is allowed on the platform.
